1. The Purchase return may be accepted on its unfolded condition with all the supporting documents like tags,bills,etc...
2. Additional charges will not be levied on our fault in the replacement of the product.
3. In the case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products.
4. Please send a valid Reason by email to us before returning the product to tharakaramsilks@gmail.com .

Terms and Conditions

1. We would entertain the Product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
2. We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
3. In the case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products
4. All products should be returned in original condition in the same Fold as sent to you, with Invoice & tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original Invoice / tags is a must to accept returns.
5. Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or any other defect should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Refund on Returns

1. At any point of time the refunds will not be entertained for any purchase, and it would be issued only as a Credit Note, which you can Redeem at our Showroom within 3 months.
2. We will not refund the customs duties & taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
3. In case of orders with free shipping, the shipping cost of resending product would be deducted while sending the Credit Note / Alternative products.
